Littleworth Common, by the Scilly Isles, in October 1978. The
218 is the subject of several Ian Hogben stories.

What's new
The winter of 2012/3 saw the 60th anniversary of the
introduction of red RF buses in London. Many of the route
anniversaries were marked by special operations, the details and
photo galleries for which are summarised
here. The
208 and 202 event also celebrated the
centenary of London's first single-deck route.
RF486 is now undergoing overhaul; as
a reminder, the
photo gallery of the bus
in service has been expanded. RT4779 will be attending 2013
events. Times for the feeder
service from Leatherhead to Alton Bus Rally on 21 July are
