Route 200

Route 200 served some rather smart areas to the west of Wimbledon, and as a result of opposition by residents was single-deck operated for many years.  Started in the early 30s as the 103, the 200 was extended from Raynes Park to 'West Wimbledon' in 1936, a section replaced by the new RT-operated 286 in 1962.  RTs finally arrived on the 200 itself in 1965.
